Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. All items are made to order, so please allow production time. Shipping from California, USA with tracking included.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide through Etsy's global shipping program. International orders typically arrive in 2-4 weeks depending on your location and customs processing.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Every order includes a tracking number that's emailed to you once your item ships.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We carefully pack every order with bubble wrap, but if something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right — either a replacement or full refund.

Products & Materials

What material are your figures made from?

PLA (FDM prints): A biodegradable, food-safe rated plastic made from renewable resources. Durable, lightweight, and vibrant. Most of our Pokemon figures and flexi animals use PLA.

Resin (SLA prints): UV-cured resin for our highest-detail pieces like the Eeveelutions line. Captures incredibly fine detail — perfect for painters and miniature collectors.

Are your products hand-painted?

Most of our figures are printed in full color using multi-color FDM printing — no painting required. We also offer "Ready to Paint" blank versions for hobbyists who want to add their own touch. Select items are available hand-painted on request.

What sizes do you offer?

Our standard sizes are 1.5 inches (38mm) and 3 inches (76mm). Check each listing for available size options.

Will colors match the photos exactly?

Colors may vary slightly from photos due to differences in filament batches and monitor settings. We do our best to match the images as closely as possible.

Custom Orders

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We love custom work. Message us with your idea — a specific color, character, size, or design — and we'll let you know if it's feasible and provide a quote.

Can I get a specific Pokemon or character not in your shop?

Possibly! We work with a library of licensed 3D models. Message us with what you're looking for and we'll check availability.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — for orders of 10+ pieces, we offer bulk pricing. Great for party favors, wedding toppers, events, and corporate gifts. Contact us for a quote.

Returns & Quality

What's your return policy?

We don't accept returns on made-to-order items, but we stand behind every piece we ship. If your item has a quality issue or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
